Zach Barbin Qualifies for 2026 National PGA Professional Championship

WEST CHESTER, PENNSYLVANIA, August 20, 2025 – PGA of America Golf Professional Zach Barbin of Chesapeake Bay Golf Club qualifies to compete in the 2026 PGA Professional Championship, April 23-25, 2026 at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort in Bandon, Oregon.

142 of the Philadelphia PGA Section’s best players competed in the 104th Philadelphia PGA Professional Championship at Concord Country Club for a berth into the 2026 PGA Professional Championship. Zach finished T-4 with a 4-under par total and joins 12 fellow Philadelphia PGA Members to advance to the prestigious National Championship.

PGA Members from the 41 PGA Sections across America will compete to earn a berth in the 2026 PGA Championship on May 11-17 at Aronimink Golf Club in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania.
It will be the first PGA Championship held in the Philadelphia area since 1962.
