Zach Barbin Advances to Korn Ferry Q-School First Stage

WOODSTOCK, IL, September 19, 2025 — PGA of America Golf Professional Zach Barbin of Chesapeake Bay Golf Club finished T7 out of a field of 73 professional golfers at the Korn Ferry Q-School Pre-Qualifying tournament at Bull Valley Golf Club in Woodstock, Illinois September 17-19, 2025.

The top 40 players in the tournament will advance to the Korn Ferry Q School First Stage – with tournaments across the country beginning in October.

The Korn Ferry Q-School qualifying is in four stages – Pre-Qualifying, First Stage, Second Stage and Final Stage.

At the Final Stage at TPC Sawgrass in December, the top five finishers, plus ties, will earn a PGA Tour card for the 2026 season. The next 40 finishers, plus ties, earn guaranteed starts on the 2026 Korn Ferry Tour. All players that compete in the Final Stage receive conditional status on the Korn Ferry Tour and PGA Tour Americas for the 2026 season.
