Features & Amenities

Our gorgeous Chantilly Ballroom features a Vaulted Ceiling, Center Wood Beam, sparkling Crystal Chandeliers, elegant gold Chiavari Chairs with padded off-white leather seats, Wood Floors, Wainscoting, Wall Sconces, Granite Walk-Up Bar, exclusive LED Up Lighting*, 70” Smart TV*, Built-in Sound System*, Free Paved Parking, and four large picture-frame windows with custom damask cornices that offer picturesque views of our prestigious golf course.

5 Hour Rental: Events have an allotted active time frame of 3 hours — with an additional 1 hour prior to set up decorations, and 1 hour afterward to remove items brought in by the hosting party.

*Optional LED Up-Lighting Package: The vaulted ceiling and soffits are fitted with state-of-the-art LED color lighting that creates a “wall wash” effect and can be programmed to match your party’s color scheme. Our “lighting scenes” create the perfect room ambiance for special introductions, dinner, dancing, and cake cutting. At the touch of a button, room lights, chandeliers and sconces dim, spotlights shine, LED lights glow – modern features that take your event next level! Pricing includes staff to administer.

*Optional A/V Package: 70” Smart TV for photo slideshow/presentation (advanced set-up required), Microphone for speeches, Built-in Sound System (play your own music playlist!), and staff to administer.

RUSTIC PARTY PAVILION

Features & Amenities

Our Rustic Party Pavilion offers open-air seating with beautiful pond views overlooking the golf course and provides protection from the sun and elements for your guests. Features Amish-crafted board and batten natural wood farmhouse siding and knee wall, standing seam metal roof, reclaimed wood 10’ center arch, three stunning chandeliers, stained arched pillars, professional landscaping, Edison-style party lights that illuminate the perimeter, and free paved parking.

5 Hour Rental: Events have an allotted active time frame of 3 hours — with an additional 1 hour prior to set up decorations, and 1 hour afterward to remove items brought in by the hosting party.

*Optional Dance Floor: 12’x15’ Wood Dance Floor in-house rental includes set up and breakdown.

*Optional A/V Package: PA System with Hand Held Microphone.

Due to concern for environment, decorations must be approved by Chesapeake Bay in advance. Glassware discouraged.

Features & Amenities

The Trophy Room is ideal for a small Brunch, Shower, Birthday or Anniversary Celebration, Office Party and more. The Blue Room may be added to accommodate a Cocktail, Holiday or Social Event. Rental Features below are for a Chesapeake Bay Golf Club Catered Event:

Trophy Room*: Use of room, Solid Wood Chairs, Wood Floor, Buffet Bar, Set Up and Breakdown.
“Classic” Event: Linens, China, Glassware, Silverware  •  “Casual” Event: Natural Tables, Disposable Serveware

Blue Room*: Use of room, Leather Lounge Seating, Granite Bar & Seating, Wood Tables & Chairs (after 5pm).

Brick Patio: Open-Air Iron Café Seating, Adirondack Chair conversational groupings, golf course views.

*Optional A/V Package: Use of Smart TV for a Slideshow or Presentation.

Preferred Outside Caterers

Once you’ve selected your perfect Event Venue – the next step is to choose a Caterer that best suits your vision. We have selected a handful of preferred caterers below for you to choose from that offer delicious and customizable menu selections to suit your taste and budget, as well as trusted and experienced staff.

These caterers are “full service” and provide linens, tableware, hors d’oeuvres, dinner, hot beverages, servers, and associated clean-up. All catering menus and invoicing will be handled directly through the caterer of your choice.

Any caterer that is not on our preferred list must be licensed and approved in advance by our staff.


Lakeview Arbor on the Lawn – Special Event – CBGC Catered

Gorgeous outdoor setting for a memorable special event! Located next to our historic 1740 Manor House, your guests will enjoy an intimate setting with glistening lake views as your backdrop, a custom 10’ white arched arbor, pristine manicured lawn, and a magnificent reclaimed stone staircase built into the hill.

The Lakeview Arbor on the Lawn may be utilized April 1 – November 30 for intimate outdoor gatherings.

Lawn Terrace Special Event Rental Includes:  Use of Lawn Terrace, Open-Air Seating, White Folding Chairs, Round Tables, Arbor, Two Large Stone Urns, special Set Up and Break Down.
