Loyalty Rewarded offers you a special Titleist offer of “Buy 3 Dozen, Get 1 Dozen Free” for customized or stock dozens of Pro V1, Pro V1x, Pro V1x Left Dash and AVX. You may add a special play number or personalization to specific models. Available color and play number vary by ball type. Personalization should be text-only, no special characters or emojis.

• Total price for four dozen Pro V1, Pro V1x, Pro V1x Left Dash: $164.97
  Stock: $54.99/dozen
• Total price for four dozen AVX: $149.97
  Stock: $49.99/dozen
• Additional $15 personalization fee and $8 shipping fee per order.

Please mark your calendar for Friday, March 15, when you will be able to place your order. For your convenience, fill out the Titleist Loyalty Rewarded Order Form 2024 to select your golf ball model, golf ball color, special play number (if applicable), personalization and color font.  Return this form to our Golf Shop – all orders will be placed through our Golf Shop.
