Bunkers Reimagined

Last spring Chesapeake Bay Golf Club began a bold new bunker renovation / reimagination project utilizing legendary golf course builders, McDonald & Sons. All of our new bunkers have been outfitted with VFB Brilliant White sand – the same sand used by the top private and Tour courses in the mid-Atlantic.

We are very proud of this stunning project and excited for golfers to experience the newly reimagined Chesapeake Bay Golf Club!

New Bunkers

We have completely renovated the green surrounds and bunkers on the following Holes:

• Hole #1
• Hole #2
• Hole #3
• Hole #6
• Hole #8
• Hole #9 (shown in feature image)
• Hole #16
• Hole #18

New Forward and Back Tees

We also renovated the fairway bunkers on Hole #6 and added several new forward and back tees to even further enhance golfer experience by providing a tee for everyone!
