Welcome to our action-packed golf season!

Welcome everyone to Chesapeake Bay Golf Club! We’ve got quite the action-packed Golf Season planned to offer you a variety of ways to get in the game more in 2025.

This guide will be a quick synopsis of our event schedule and each league, as well as some bonus perks of being a member / part of our community here at Chesapeake Bay Golf Club. If you are a current member and/or have a handicap through us, this guide will give you updated information on our many tournaments and weekly club events for 2025. If you are NEW to Chesapeake Bay Golf Club, this guide will showcase all the things we have planned for the year.

Player’s Club

Your first step to gaining access to Chesapeake Bay Golf Club’s unmatched tournament and event schedule is as easy as joining our “Player’s Club”. Anyone can join! The Player’s Club is a $50 annual fee for members of the club, and $65 for public/non-members.

What you get:

USGA GHIN handicap index.
Full access to all Maryland (MSGA), Delaware, and Golf Association of Philadelphia (GAP) tournaments and member play days.
Full access to our catalog of 20+ Member Tournaments (listed below) and our many Weekly Leagues.

You can re-up or sign up for a 2025 Player’s Club membership by calling into or visiting the pro shop 410-658-4343 x2.

Golf Genius Member Portal

Chesapeake Bay Golf Club utilizes Golf Genius Premium for stat keeping, live scoring, registration, and communication. On Golf Genius, you can sign up for every tournament for the year – from the Club Championship to the Chantilly Shootout! Click this link for Chesapeake Bay Golf Club’s Golf Genius member portal.

With the Golf Genius app, as long as you are signed up for one event through us you can sign up and pay for entry fees through the app. To do that, click any event and on the main menu of the event you can select “Member Portal”, then click “Member Homepage” and you can select “Club Tournament Schedule” to sign up for our full list of tournaments or select “Leagues & Associations” to sign up for one of our many leagues!

If you are new to the Player’s Club for 2025 and haven’t signed up for any events, you will have to sign up for your first event through the link. Once you have made a Golf Genius profile, you can download the app on your smartphone to do live scoring while also being able to register for other events through the app! Please use Golf Genius to sign up for all events in advance – if you have any issues or questions please feel free to ask.

*NOTE: Men’s Championship Flight will be playing 54 holes for the Club Championship, first round will be Friday June 20^th at 3pm.

As you can see, it’s an extremely full schedule! This isn’t even including our MSGA Team Match bracket or our three (hopefully four!) round robin GAP Team Matches. But that’s not all!

Weekly Player’s Clubs / Leagues

Monday Morning Weekly Senior 50+ Player’s Club

Every Monday morning at 9am we have our weekly senior club open to all Men & Women over the age of 50. This is a non-committal, play as you go type deal. Each week is individual stroke play with cash prizes for gross and net, as well as cash skins. It’s a great group that is growing bigger and bigger! This weekly club plays every Monday through the year — so you can join in anytime through the year! Only prerequisite to play is to be a member of our “Player’s Club”!

Wednesday 18 Hole Men’s Club

One of the best group of guys you can play with! Our 18 Hole Men’s Club plays every Wednesday at 3:30pm, shotgun start from April 30th to September 17th. Every week we do cash prizes for low net, skins, proximity contests, and longest drive. This is a pre-paid, two-man team format with year-long standings through the 20 weeks.

->We will have a Players’ Meeting on Wednesday, April 23rd at 5pm for both returners and prospective teams!

Chesapeake Twilight Club (Tuesday/Thursday 9 Holes)

Our world-famous, critically acclaimed Twilight Club is back for yet another season! This group got so big that we now do two different days. We are predicting about 60 golfers for Tuesdays and 80 golfers for Thursdays this season. This is a two-player team club with head-to-head matchplay. Formats range from Better Ball to Aggregate to A vs A / B vs B and all matches utilize your USGA GHIN Handicap. Every hole you win or tie gives you points that go to your season long total. After the 20 week regular season that starts April 8th and 10th, we go to a 4-week playoff culminating in a Super Bowl finale with the winner of the Tuesday Conference playing the winner of Thursday Conference. On top of that, we have huge weekly and season long prizes, a monster playoff Calcutta, and other perks of being a member. It’s a great time and a great group!

PGA Junior League 13U

We are back once again with our highly successful PGA Junior League! Our 13U Team has produced some fantastic golfers the last two years and we are excited about the next generation of juniors coming through our junior league! The league features high-level instruction and coaching, an 8 match schedule where we travel and play against the four other teams in our division. Standouts on the team have a chance to compete on the All Star team which travels all over the place after the regular season ends mid-August. Registration is open, and the match schedule will be finalized within the next month or so! There are newly expanded privileges for members of the team from years past, this is a phenomenal opportunity to get your kids into competitive golf – the format is both beginner friendly while challenging for the more advanced golfers. Professional staff led practices will begin on May 25th and will be every Sunday from 3pm – 4:30pm, and team members will have open practice days on Mondays and Fridays where they can work on their games on their own time.

Junior Tournament Series

We are introducing a robust program for High School golfers aged 13-18 all year long! Starting May 11th, every Sunday at 3pm we will run an 18-hole stroke play tournament for ALL junior golfers who are members of our “Player’s Club”. The goal of this tournament series is to provide our juniors regular, low-cost 18-hole stroke play competition to keep them sharp, while also offering consultation and guidance to help them land a spot on a college golf team! This will be a great tune-up for our most serious and established junior golfers, as well as a great opportunity for our less experienced junior golfers to get tournament tough and ready for higher level tournament golf.

We will also have a Collegiate division for golfers aged 18-22. We are super excited to be the epicenter of this new generation of junior golfers here in Cecil County, and we think this program will be excellent prep for high school and college.

Spark Golf League

Monday Nights @ 5pm.

We are also hosting a Spark Golf League Monday Nights at 5pm starting April 14th. This is a 9-hole social league with a very casual and relaxed ruleset. You can play as a single or with a partner. Open to 16 golfers each Monday. More info on the link above.
