Nestled at the top of the Chesapeake Bay in northern Maryland, Chesapeake Bay Golf Club’s elegant ambiance, magnificent views, and delicious upscale yet affordable chef inspired menus can be customized at your request to create the perfect atmosphere for your wedding reception, ceremony, rehearsal dinner, bridal shower or event.  Our two wedding venue locations offer gorgeous settings with panoramic golf course views that will captivate your guests and create the perfect stage in which to make your special day elegant and memorable.

Garden Romance

Our Garden Tent, located at our North East location is picturesque spring through fall with roses and flowering perennials. From our Terrace enjoy amazing views overlooking the golf course and lake. You may choose to have your ceremony on our lawn terrace or on our first tee. Either will provide incredible views and great photo opportunities.

Traditional Reception

The Chantilly Ballroom at our Rising Sun location is decorated with sophisticated style that creates a traditional and elegant ambiance for any wedding. Your ceremony can be performed on our putting green, or 18th Hole with the beautiful golf course views and lake backdrop for memorable pictures to last a lifetime.

Ceremonies

At our North East location, you may choose to have your ceremony on the lawn terrace or on our first tee. Either will give you spectacular views and photo opportunities.  At our Rising Sun location, you may have your ceremony on our putting green or 18th Hole overlooking the golf course and lake.

As premier Wedding Venues in Maryland, Chesapeake Bay Golf Club’s two locations offer many amenities to help ensure that your special day runs smoothly. We provide you with a Professional Wedding Coordinator to assist you in any way that you need and to oversee that everything is taken care of to your satisfaction. We also offer a wedding officiant if you need one for your ceremony.

North East Course

Chesapeake Bay Golf Club’s North East Course offers a casually elegant ambiance, magnificent views, and delicious cuisine. Our clubhouse “on the hill” overlooks the golf course.

• The Blue Heron Grille ~ Featuring incredible food with panoramic golf course views through floor to ceiling windows. Perfect for Showers, Rehearsal Dinners, Bridal Luncheons, and small Wedding Receptions up to 80 people.
• Tent ~ Our lushly landscaped Tent offers a romantic outdoor setting for your Wedding Reception with seating up to 220 people.
• Terrace ~ The perfect place to mingle during cocktail hour.
• First Tee / Lawn Terrace ~ Gorgeous Wedding Ceremonies overlooking the Golf Course making for spectacular Wedding Photo Albums.
• North East Golf Course ~ Treat the Groom and his family and friends to a Groom’s Golf Outing. A fun option for the Bride too! Special packages available.

Rising Sun Course

Chesapeake Bay Golf Club’s Rising Sun Course provides the classic country club feel with amazing golf course views.

• The Chantilly Ballroom ~ Decorated in a classic Williamsburg style with brass wall sconces and chandeliers, large pictureframe windows dressed with custom pale gold damask cornices that open to a view of Rising Sun’s prestigious golf course. For Wedding Receptions and Events with seating for up to 120 people.
• The Party Pavilion ~ Perfect for casual outdoor events up to 160 people. Crab Feasts, Rehearsal Dinners, Bridal Showers or Luncheons, Groom’s Golf Outing Buffets.
• Putting Green / 18th Hole ~ Your Wedding Ceremony can be performed on either of these two locations with beautiful Golf Course views and lake backdrop for memorable pictures.
• Rising Sun Golf Course ~ Treat the Wedding Party to a round of Golf or FootGolf. Special packages available.
